Not everybody likes a full page of animation onload, not everybody has broadband or even the Flash player, so I made this ten second animation optional. Still working with Flash Pro, don't know it all by a long shot but getting a bit more comfortable with the software.

Why Google Ads No Longer Adorn My Site

They were cool, they dressed the site up a bit and I liked the way they could be styled and placed pretty well anywhere with CSS. But after three or so years I'd made a grand total of twelve dollars and so decided to find other uses for the cyber space. Nothing against Google, after all, this site is by design a low traffic site so no, I'd not anticipated living large off the proceeds. Besides, Google, justifiably so, wanted all my tax info and I just felt that was a bit too much work for twelve bucks.
